H. Young Structures' operational philosophy is to continually enhance product quality and service for both the Company and its clients, thereby maintaining and improving our market position.

We uphold a Quality Assurance Programme in accordance with ISO 9001 and UKCA EXC 1-4 standards.

This programme includes Quality Systems, Procedures, Work Instructions, and related documentation to control activities in estimating, design, detailing, purchasing, contract management, manufacturing, painting, inspection, testing, handling, storage, delivery, and erection.

The implementation of our quality system demonstrates the Company’s commitment to fulfilling client requirements and safeguarding our position and reputation at all times.

We maintain training matrices to document the qualifications, experience, and training of our personnel, ensuring that we have sufficient expertise and that all staff are trained to work safely.
