Services: Installation

Before construction starts, we prepare a detailed, project-specific method statement and crane and lifting plan. These documents are tailored to the structure and construction sequence, ensuring full compliance with our Health & Safety Policy and the requirements of the Health and Safety Executive.

Site installation is conducted by skilled crews, using certified mobile cranes, mobile elevated work platforms, and plant.

Site progress is closely monitored by our SSSTS/SMSTS Supervisors, Contracts Engineers, and visiting management team.

All personnel visiting sites hold the appropriate Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards and attend the main contractor/client site inductions.

We use Chapter 8 barriers to securely cordon off works areas before erection begins.

Deliveries to site are scheduled to align with the installation sequence and programme.

All tasks involving foreseeable hazards undergo a risk assessment by a qualified member of IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health).

Upon completion of installation, the structure is lined and levelled before handover to the client.
