Site Installation
Before construction starts, we prepare detailed project-specific method statements and crane lifting plans, tailored to the structure and construction sequence, ensuring full compliance with our Health & Safety Policy and the requirements of the Health & Safety Executive.
Site installation is conducted by skilled crews, using certified mobile cranes, mobile elevated work platforms, and plant.
Site progress is closely monitored by our SSSTS/SMSTS Supervisors, Contracts Engineers, and visiting management team.
All personnel visiting sites hold the appropriate Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards and attend the main contractor/client site inductions.
We use Chapter 8 barriers to securely cordon off works areas before erection begins.
Deliveries to site are scheduled to align with the installation sequence and programme.
All tasks involving foreseeable hazards undergo a risk assessment by a qualified member of IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health).
Upon completion of installation, the structure is lined and levelled before handover to the client.
