Site Installation
Before construction begins, we prepare detailed, project-specific method statements and crane lifting plans, with Risk Assessments tailored to the structure and construction sequence. This ensures full compliance with our Health & Safety Policy and the Health & Safety Executive requirements. All personnel hold valid CSCS cards and complete contractor’s or client’s site inductions before starting work.
Our skilled installation crews use certified mobile cranes, mobile elevated work platforms, and other plant equipment to carry out site work safely and efficiently.
Site progress is closely monitored by our SSSTS/SMSTS Supervisors, Contracts Engineers, and visiting management team.
We use Chapter 8 barriers to securely cordon off work areas before erection begins, ensuring site safety.
Deliveries are carefully scheduled to align with the installation sequence and overall programme.
All tasks with foreseeable hazards are assessed by a qualified member of IOSH to manage risks effectively.
Upon completion, the structure is precisely lined and levelled before being handed over to the client.
