Fabrication
Fabrication follows documented Quality Assurance procedures and complies with ISO 9001. All steelwork is fabricated to meet Engineer’s specifications and the BCSA National Structural Steelwork Specification.
Our welders are certified to BS EN ISO 9606-1, and all welding procedures conform to BS EN ISO 15609-1. Weld testing is performed independently to ensure the highest quality.
Environmental management in our fabrication facilities is audited in accordance with ISO 14001.
We maintain occupational health and safety standards aligned with ISO 45001 to ensure a safe working environment.
Our in-house workshops are equipped with automated CNC drilling, sawing, and fittings machinery, all directly linked to our Drawing Office’s detailing system for seamless data transfer.
We offer integrated blast-cleaning and painting facilities, supporting a fabrication process that operates on a just-in-time schedule to align with on-site installation and modern Fast-Track construction methods.
Our workshop is certified with a Factory Production Control (FPC) system, allowing us to apply the UKCA mark on fabricated steelwork across all Execution Classes—from EXC1 (lowest requirements) to EXC4 (highest standards).
