At H. Young Structures Ltd, investing in innovation and growth is the key to our continued success.

During Autumn–Winter 2025, we expanded and upgraded our automated production capabilities with the installation of several advanced systems.

These included the Voortman VSB-1500-4 automatic shot blaster, Voortman VB1050 CNC bandsaw, Voortman V631-1050M drill, mill, tap, countersink line, and Voortman MSI (Multi System Integration), connecting machines with cross transports, roller conveyors, product buffers, and material sensors.

These additions significantly boost our efficiency and capacity, while reducing overall energy consumption.

We also recently enhanced our fittings production with a new Voortman V550-7 CNC punch and crop line.

We’re equally committed to developing talent for the future. Our apprenticeship programmes span both office and shop-floor roles, ensuring we continue to build a highly skilled workforce for the years ahead.
